Talento HR is a professional platform that provides human resources solutions for businesses, helping companies manage recruitment, employee development, and HR operations in a structured and efficient way.
In this project, I worked on building a modern and scalable website using Next.js and Tailwind CSS, integrated with Strapi as a Headless CMS. The main goal was to create a fast, flexible, and easy-to-manage website that clearly presents Talento HR’s services and strengthens its digital presence.
Business & Domain Understanding
The human resources field relies heavily on clarity, trust, and professionalism, especially when targeting companies and decision-makers. Talento HR focuses on delivering organized HR services that meet the needs of different types of businesses.
This understanding shaped the website to be:

• Professional and trustworthy in tone and layout
Understanding the domain helped in structuring the content and presenting services in a way that aligns with client expectations.
Project Goals
The main goal of this project was to build a professional website that reflects Talento HR’s brand identity, presents its services in a clear and organized manner, and provides a flexible content management system that allows the team to update content easily without direct technical involvement, while maintaining high performance and fast loading times.
Responsive Design with Tailwind CSS
Tailwind CSS was used to build a clean and responsive layout that works smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
High Performance with Next.js
Next.js helped optimize page loading speed, routing, and overall performance, delivering a smooth and efficient user experience.
Strapi Headless CMS Integration
Strapi was used as a Headless CMS to manage pages, sections, and content dynamically, allowing non-technical users to update content easily.
Dynamic Component Architecture
The website was built using dynamic, reusable components that render based on data coming from Strapi, making the system highly flexible and scalable for future changes.
Content Structure & User Experience
Content was organized in a logical way that helps visitors quickly understand Talento HR’s services, with clear sections and intuitive navigation throughout the website.
Design Decisions
The design focuses on simplicity and professionalism, using clear typography, balanced spacing, and a calm color palette that fits the HR industry and reinforces brand identity.
Challenges & Solutions
One of the main challenges was connecting a static design with fully dynamic content from Strapi without affecting performance or layout consistency. This was solved by building flexible components and carefully structuring the data models and rendering logic.
Final Outcome
The final result is a fast, professional, and easy-to-manage website that clearly represents Talento HR’s services and values. This project highlights my experience in building dynamic, scalable websites using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Headless CMS solutions like Strapi.
